The garden is my sanctuary.

For the past few years, I have designed small plots where I can grow produce not commonly found in grocery stores and grow flowers that you can only dream of. I call it my #secretgarden. Truth be told I don't always have the best of luck but I do try every year to gather knowledge and experience to become a better gardener despite unforeseen circumstances. What do I really get out of this? Being surrounded by creation and beauty is like immersing myself in a holy temple that constantly worships our Creator. I let that beauty be my inspiration.

It is also a sweet reminder of my late husband, Andrew. He was the one who paved the way for my love of gardens. It was a hobby of ours and where we spent most of our free time.
